What is Live Full Colour ?

There is only one you ... That is your power

Live Full Colour

Live Full Colour has been a dream of mine for many years.

It’s a growing creative world of sculpture, illustration, wearable art, online clay workshops, and even a children’s book in the making.
At the centre of it all are characters inspired by emotions, feelings, and the journey of discovering who you truly are.

Because that journey matters.

The Inner Glow

My favourite thing about teaching is watching people surprise themselves.

So many arrive saying, “I’m not artistic,” or “I won’t be very good.”
Yet halfway through a session, something shifts.
They relax, they trust their hands, and suddenly they’re creating things they never believed they could.

And then you see it.

That glow.

The quiet pride.
The spark of confidence.
The moment their inner voice was wrong.

Seeing that transformation planted a question in my mind years ago:

Why do we listen to the voice that tells us we can’t?

Don’t wear that — you’ll stand out.
Don’t try — people will see you.
You’re not good enough.
You’ll fail.

We’ve all heard it.

Not Fitting In

As an artist, I’ve lived most of my life outside the box.
Even when I tried to fit in when I was younger, I never really did — no matter how loudly that inner voice told me to.

And eventually I realised something powerful:

👉 Maybe I wasn’t supposed to fit in.
👉 Maybe none of us are.

So what is Live Full Colour about?

It’s about being you.

Not the edited version.
Not the smaller, safer version.
But the honest, bright, unapologetic version.

It’s about learning to notice the negative voice…
then letting it pass through instead of letting it drive.

(And yes, sometimes it’s useful — like when it tells you not to walk off a cliff 😄)

But most of the time, it’s fear dressed up as protection.

Finding Yourself

People often ask, how do I even know who I really am anymore?

Many of us have spent years blending in, pleasing others, shrinking ourselves.
Of course we lose the thread.

I’m no expert — I can only share what I’ve learned on my own path.

Start with space.

Sit quietly.
Or walk in nature.
Let your mind wander.

Ask yourself:

✨ What inspires me?
✨ What makes me feel alive?
✨ When have I felt that deep, warm happiness?

A memory.
A person you love.
A moment of pride.
A hug.

That feeling — that’s your inner glow.

That’s the real you.

Follow It

What would you wear if you weren’t worried about judgement?
What would you try if getting it wrong didn’t matter?
What job would you go for if fear of failure disappeared?

Turn toward those answers.

Believe in yourself.
Dare to be you.

Live as the person you wish you were, and you might discover you were them all along.

Start Small. Start Now.

Following your inner glow doesn’t always mean changing everything overnight.

Sometimes it’s simpler than that.

Instead of scrolling on your phone,
watching TV,
or playing the same video game…

try learning something new.

Join that club you’ve been curious about.
Visit the place you keep talking yourself out of going to.
Cook the dish you’ve always wanted to try.
Pick up the class, the hobby, the creative idea that keeps tapping you on the shoulder.

Notice how it feels.

That little lift.
That spark of pride.
That quiet excitement.

That’s the glow.

The more you follow it, the stronger it becomes.

What if it doesn’t work?

Then you’ve learned something valuable from the university of life.

You adjust.
You begin again.
You grow.

I’ve restarted my entire life many times, and I wouldn’t trade any of the highs or lows for a safe, colourless existence.

Step Through the Door

There’s a door you’ve been thinking about opening.

Yes, it’s scary.

But it might also be the one that leads you home to yourself.

Trust the glow.
Follow it.

The real you is waiting underneath the noise
